Mike has been in the industry for the last 11 years and not only has the knowledge of the sales and letting market he also has an extensive career in property development and portfolio building. Since owning Location he has overseen a complete re-branding of the company providing Location with a fresh and new approach. Location truly is his passion.

Matt Pitter

Sales Manager

 Matt has been working within the property industry for over 20 years and during this time has been lucky enough to experience most aspects of the industry including both residential and commercial sales, letting & management and a brief spell working within a property auction house.

Monika Szychta

Property Management and Finance Manager

Monika has 5 years of experience under her belt and is one of our longest members of staff having started at Location in 2011 as a lettings manager. She is ARLA qualified and is now our Property and Finance Manager, overseeing property management.

Sarah Hazell

Property Management & Referencing

Sarah has been with Location for just over 1 year, Starting as an apprentice but shortly after becoming promoted to our Referencing Co-Ordinator.
